Job Summary
A financial indemnity company has an open position for a Inside Sales Agent Trainee in Winston-Salem.
Must be able to:
- Use various systems to track, gather information and answer customer inquiries
- Identify customer needs and work to meet those needs using sales tools and techniques
- Provide appropriate educational information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to attend required meetings
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Complete new hire technical training program
- Ability to be qualified by Department of Insurance to be appointed as a licensed sales agent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates adequate/accurate typing speed while talking to the customer
