Inside Sales and Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

Joining a supportive team, the full-time Inside Sales & Logistics Coordinator will manage customer orders from quote through delivery and payment, ensuring smooth communication between customers and manufacturing facilities while handling logistics and basic accounting tasks in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotes while maintaining accurate CRM records
• Coordinate with manufacturing facilities on order status and track shipments across various modes of transport
• Process invoices, payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping and month-end accounting documentation

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of sales support, sales administration, or customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Experience coordinating domestic and international logistics, including shipment tracking
• Background in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and invoicing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a CRM system
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and effective communication
