Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by managing customer relationships and maximizing engagement
• Source and prioritize new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails
• Meet monthly performance metrics and adapt communication strategies to address customer needs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Comfortable spending 50% or more of the day working with customers over the phone
• Experience with customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce, is a plus
