Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to engage with clients and guide them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 20-50 inbound and outbound calls, ensuring professional client engagement
• Follow established sales processes, build value, and pitch products during calls
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience or a 4-year college degree (preferred)
• High School Degree or Equivalent required
• Ability to work remotely with a quiet workspace free of distractions
• Experience in making high-volume sales calls preferred
• Knowledge of call center software and tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
