Inside Sales Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to engage with clients and guide them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while ensuring client satisfaction
• Follow established sales processes and scripts to maximize success and build client relationships
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve sales techniques and product knowledge

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience or a 4-year college degree (preferred)
• High School Degree or Equivalent required
• Must complete a background check and provide three professional references
• Experience in high-volume sales calls preferred
• Knowledge of call center software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
