Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to engage with clients and guide them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 20-50 inbound and outbound calls, ensuring each interaction is professional and impactful
• Follow established sales processes and scripts while building value and pitching offerings during calls
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience or a 4-year college degree (preferred)
• High School Degree or Equivalent is required
• Must complete a background check and provide three professional references
• Experience in making high-volume sales calls is preferred
• Must have a quiet workspace and a hard-wired internet connection for professional call handling
