Inside Sales Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to engage with clients and guide them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a professional and lasting client impression
• Follow established sales processes and scripts while building value and pitching products during calls
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience or a 4-year college degree (preferred)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Must complete background and reference checks
• Experience in making high-volume sales calls is preferred
• Knowledge of call center software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
