Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to engage clients and guide them through the sales process with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring each interaction is professional and impactful
• Follow established sales processes and scripts to maximize success while building value and closing sales
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience or a 4-year college degree (preferred)
• High School Degree or Equivalent required
• Must reside in specific states: AL, AR, FL, GA, KS, MI, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, or VA
• Experience in making high-volume sales calls preferred
• Must complete a background check and have a quiet workspace for professional call handling
