Inside Sales Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to engage with clients and guide them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 20-50 inbound and outbound calls daily, ensuring professional client interactions
• Follow established sales processes to maximize success and pitch product offerings during calls
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience or a 4-year college degree (preferred)
• High School Degree or Equivalent required
• Must complete a background check within 48 hours of receiving an offer
• Experience in making high-volume sales calls preferred
• Knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, or other call center software preferred
