Inside Sales Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to engage with clients and guide them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring each interaction is professional and impactful
• Follow established sales processes and scripts to maximize success and build value during calls
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience or a 4-year college degree (preferred)
• High School Degree or Equivalent required
• Must reside permanently in designated states
• Experience in making high-volume sales calls is preferred
• Knowledge of call center software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
