Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to drive revenue and assist customers with DNA testing options.

Key Responsibilities

• Field 30-40 inbound calls daily, documenting customer details and needs
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to explain products and close sales
• Achieve or exceed performance goals while maintaining professionalism in sensitive inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous sales experience (retail, inside sales, or logistics)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of HIPAA training
• Proficient computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical behavior
