Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Inside Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieves assigned revenue and margin quotas while building strong customer relationships
• Conducts outbound calls and manages pricing strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales
• Proactively expands business within existing accounts and provides accurate sales forecasts

Required Qualifications

• Two to three years of successful inside sales experience
• Proven telephone selling and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet goals
• Highly organized with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
