Inside Sales Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Associate (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Sell products and services with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions for medical providers
• Develop and grow opportunities through proactive outreach via phone, email, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person visits
• Consultatively assess client revenue cycle challenges and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of all leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of successful inside sales experience
• Strong background in RCM sales, including Practice Management, EMR, clearinghouse, or claims processing
• Proven ability to document sales activities in a CRM, preferably Salesforce
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle processes and terminology
