Job Summary

Closing sales and scheduling installations for warm leads, the full-time Inside Sales Associate will work remotely, focusing on building value, overcoming objections, and maintaining quality expectations in a commission-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle warm leads and communicate with prospects primarily via phone to close sales
• Build value to uncover needs and effectively overcome objections
• Timely follow up on an active prospect list and collaborate with Sales Team management to improve performance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 0-3 years of sales experience
• Ability to type 30+ wpm
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong motivation for commission-driven sales
