Job Summary
Engaging potential clients through outbound calls, the full-time Inside Sales Associate will qualify leads, maintain CRM records, and support the sales team remotely while contributing to customer relationship growth and company outreach initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls and follow-ups
- Qualify leads from various sources and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and share prospect insights
Required qualifications
- Preferred: Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum: High school diploma/GED with 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience using CRM systems
- Familiarity with B2B sales; experience in the manufacturing or technical industry is a plus
- Confidence in cold calling and handling objections
