Job Summary
Closing sales and scheduling installations for warm leads, the full-time Inside Sales Associate will work remotely, focusing on building value, overcoming objections, and maintaining quality expectations while following up on prospects.
Key responsibilities
- Handle warm leads and communicate with prospects primarily via phone to close sales
- Build value to uncover needs and overcome objections while maintaining minimum quality expectations
- Timely follow up on an active prospect list and collaborate with sales management to improve performance
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 0-3 years of sales experience
- Ability to type 30+ wpm
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong motivation and desire to control own income in a commission-driven role
