Inside Sales Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Professional Display Solutions sales organization, the full-time Inside Sales Associate will provide proactive sales and operational support, manage customer engagement, and ensure efficient business processes while working remotely from various locations in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Support quote and pricing requests, monitor order and shipment status, and manage purchase order and invoice activities
• Assist in territory planning, coordinate sales communications, and drive timely resolution of customer issues
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Business Development teams to identify process improvements and support account growth initiatives

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of related sales support, inside sales, customer service, operations, or business support experience
• Demonstrated analytical skills with experience interpreting and reporting business data
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build collaborative working relationships
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
