Inside Sales Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Professional Display Solutions sales organization, the full-time Inside Sales Associate will provide proactive sales and operational assistance, manage customer engagement, and ensure efficient execution of business processes while working remotely from various locations across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Support quote and pricing requests, monitor order and shipment status, and manage purchase order and invoice activities
• Coordinate sales-related communications and assist with territory planning, customer events, and timely resolution of customer issues
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Business Development teams to identify process improvements and support account growth initiatives

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related sales support, inside sales, customer service, operations, or business support experience
• Demonstrated analytical skills with experience interpreting and reporting business data
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build collaborative working relationships
• Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of working independently in a remote environment
