Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Inside Sales Associate - AZ, FL, NV, TN, TX, UT, WY, this remote position will manage scheduling patient surgeries, answering inquiries, and coordinating with local surgery managers in a dynamic call center environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Schedule patient surgeries and manage appointment logistics
• Answer phone inquiries and explain services and fees to patients
• Coordinate with local surgery managers and assist with financing applications

Required qualifications:

• Substantial inside sales experience is mandatory
• Excellent phone skills and ability to engage with patients
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Team player who can collaborate effectively in a remote environment
• Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
