Inside Sales Associate Manager

Job Summary

Driving sales growth through effective leadership, the fully remote Inside Sales Associate Manager will motivate and support frontline sales employees, provide coaching on sales techniques, and develop strategic plans to achieve production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates with Education/Training to ensure completion of required training programs and curriculum
• Identifies training needs and develops formal coaching plans to enhance employee skills
• Develops and executes strategies to meet sales goals while managing performance indicators

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership or management roles
• Strong understanding of sales processes and performance management
• Experience in coaching and developing sales teams
• Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to drive performance
• Familiarity with training program development and implementation
