Inside Sales Associate with Insurance License

Job Summary

To support a dynamic travel sales team, the full-time Inside Sales Associate with Insurance License will manage inbound customer inquiries, promote and sell travel insurance products, and provide exceptional service remotely while working afternoon and evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
• Educate potential clients on insurance options, provide quotes, and close sales
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, ensuring accurate customer data entry and research

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six to twelve months of experience in a customer service or sales environment preferred
• Eligibility to obtain a license for selling travel insurance across all 50 states
• Must reside in Virginia or Florida for remote work
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
