Job Summary

Acquiring new allied healthcare clients, the full-time Inside Sales Client Representative will engage in cold calling and follow-up with prospective and current clients, while managing client inquiries and maintaining a database remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Contacts new and existing clients to solicit business and responds to inquiries regarding allied services
  • Maintains and updates client database and job profiles while ensuring effective communication of client needs to internal teams
  • Negotiates contract rates and facilitates interviews between clients and providers, meeting activity and production goals set by management
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of one year experience in direct sales of professional products or services
  • Ability to accurately manipulate information utilizing a large-scale database system
  • Effective negotiation skills and professional-level written and oral communication abilities
  • Experience successfully influencing mid to high-level decision-makers for contracting professional services
  • Understanding of financial data and the ability to compute profit margins
