Job Summary
Acquiring new allied healthcare clients, the full-time Inside Sales Client Representative will engage in cold calling and follow-up with prospective and current clients, while managing client inquiries and maintaining a database remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Contacts new and existing clients to solicit business and responds to inquiries regarding allied services
- Maintains and updates client database and job profiles while ensuring effective communication of client needs to internal teams
- Negotiates contract rates and facilitates interviews between clients and providers, meeting activity and production goals set by management
Required qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in direct sales of professional products or services
- Ability to accurately manipulate information utilizing a large-scale database system
- Effective negotiation skills and professional-level written and oral communication abilities
- Experience successfully influencing mid to high-level decision-makers for contracting professional services
- Understanding of financial data and the ability to compute profit margins
