Inside Sales Client Service Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing law firm, the Inside Sales Client Service Coordinator will convert incoming leads into new business opportunities while providing exceptional customer experiences, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to inbound leads via phone calls and follow-up emails
• Use active listening and effective interviewing techniques to identify and understand client needs
• Achieve and exceed sales closure goals on a quarterly basis

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets
• Strong phone presence, with the ability to make numerous phone calls per day
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word)
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot
