Job Summary

To support a growing cash-based health and wellness practice, the full-time Inside Sales Closer will engage in strategic outbound sales efforts, guiding potential clients through their decision-making process to book Discovery Visits while working remotely during Eastern Time business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Conducting 80-100 strategic outbound touchpoints daily via calls, texts, emails, and videos
  • Converting leads into booked Discovery Visits and managing structured follow-ups until decisions are made
  • Handling objections related to cost and commitment while maintaining accurate CRM documentation
Required qualifications
  • Must be US-based with authorization to work in the US and available during Eastern Time business hours
  • 2+ years of B2C sales or appointment-setting experience with a proven track record of meeting booking or revenue targets
  • Strong objection-handling skills and experience with CRM systems, preferably Go High Level
  • High emotional intelligence and personal accountability
  • Bonus for experience in health, wellness, or elective medical sales, as well as cash-based healthcare
