Job Summary
To drive incremental business growth in the Southeast region, the full-time Inside Sales Consultant will manage customer relationships, educate clients on offsite solutions, and facilitate deal conversions remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to negotiate and close vehicle sales
- Educate customers on auction processes and offsite solutions to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and resolve client issues
Required qualifications
- High school diploma/GED with 3 years of experience, preferably in a sales role
- Bilingual candidates are preferred
- 2 years of dealership or wholesale experience strongly preferred
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and SalesForce.com
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment
