Job Summary

To drive incremental business growth in the Southeast region, the full-time Inside Sales Consultant will manage customer relationships, educate clients on offsite solutions, and facilitate deal conversions remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to negotiate and close vehicle sales
  • Educate customers on auction processes and offsite solutions to enhance their experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and resolve client issues
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED with 3 years of experience, preferably in a sales role
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred
  • 2 years of dealership or wholesale experience strongly preferred
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and SalesForce.com
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment
