Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the remote Inside Sales Consultant will manage both inbound and outbound sales calls, focusing on SaaS and FinTech solutions while engaging with small business prospects to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to manage the sales pipeline and acquire new customers
- Consult with small business owners to understand their operations and recommend tailored solutions
- Meet defined key performance metrics and collaborate with sales teams to drive engagement
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or FinTech
- Familiarity with Salesforce and ability to navigate multiple systems and technologies
- Understanding of financial terminology and small business operations
- Demonstrated sales acumen with effective questioning and value-based selling skills
- Technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure and its benefits
