Inside Sales Contract Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the inside sales motion, the full-time Inside Sales Contract Support Specialist will manage contract renewals, lead generation, and cross-sell opportunities while working remotely or onsite in Monument, CO.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of incoming leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
• Track and manage leads, pipeline, and sales activities using NetSuite CRM software

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in inside sales or a customer service role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong phone presence and ability to engage customers and build rapport
• Understanding of marketing and sales motions
