Job Summary
Supporting the inside sales motion, the full-time Inside Sales Contract Support Specialist will engage customers, manage contract-related sales activities, and drive growth through lead generation and renewal of service contracts in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Track and manage leads, pipeline, and sales activities using NetSuite CRM software
Required qualifications
