Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide product/service information
• Prepare and issue quotations, pricing sheets, and sales documentation
• Process purchase orders and update CRM systems

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in inside sales, sales support, or customer service (B2B preferred)
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, etc.)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with sales targets and deadlines
