Job Summary
Supporting the sales team in achieving targets, the full-time Inside Sales Coordinator will manage customer accounts, track sales progress, and facilitate communication between clients and various departments in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Help manage the sales team pipeline by tracking leads and opportunities
- Assist in preparing customer proposals and serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records and coordinate customer orders with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related support role
- Proficiency in customer-facing communication via phone and email
