Inside Sales Coordinator with Licensing

Job Summary

Supporting a customer-facing sales force, the Inside Sales Coordinator with Licensing will work remotely within the US, with some onsite requirements, to manage customer inquiries, compile budgetary quotes, process orders, and resolve customer issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and emails, qualifying leads and routing them to the appropriate sales team member
• Compile budgetary quotes and manage order processing, including invoicing and shipping notices
• Review and report on inventory levels, addressing discrepancies and supporting branch personnel in product sales

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education or training
• Basic knowledge of BMS and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience in processing contracts and assisting with invoicing research
• Ability to collaborate across various teams and handle repetitive tasks efficiently
