Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Inside Sales CSR will manage a high volume of inbound calls and chats, assist clients with their needs, and ensure adherence to department metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handles a high volume of inbound phone calls and chats, resolving customer issues promptly
  • Produces binders, certificates, policies, and endorsements to meet client needs
  • Mentors new hires and provides training and direction to other staff members
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is a plus
  • Proficient in computer and data entry skills, including experience with web-based systems
  • Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Understanding of call center metrics, including call handling and quality standards
