Inside Sales Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Inside Sales - PAP Re-Supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Inside Sales - PAP Resupply team to ensure timely completion of activities and performance expectations
• Track, analyze, and report on Inside Sales performance metrics, including call quality and productivity
• Develop and deliver onboarding and training programs for new team members to maintain performance standards

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited college is preferred
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Three years of work-related experience in healthcare administration, customer service, inside sales, call center, or management required
• Two years of work-related experience in B2C Sales is preferred
• CPAP sales experience is preferred
