Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Director - East Region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Regional Inside Sales team to achieve sales goals and profitability
Collaborate with the Area Vice President of Sales to develop sales goals and objectives
Develop and sustain relationships with key customers and suppliers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
Minimum seven years' sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
Minimum of 5 years' experience leading Inside Sales Teams
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
Strong negotiation skills with a record of favorable outcomes
