Inside Sales Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to provide technical support for pre-sales initiatives in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote pre-sales support for Proofs of Concept (POCs) and demonstrations
• Collaborate with clients to gather technical and business requirements for POCs
• Implement and manage POC environments, conducting demonstrations and preparing documentation on outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backup and recovery solutions, particularly with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in presenting and demonstrating technology solutions
• Strong understanding of networking, storage systems, and cloud platforms
• Proficiency in deploying and configuring operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server
• Relevant industry certifications, preferably in cloud technologies
