Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Engineer for the EST shift.

Key Responsibilities

Support Sales Engineering Managers and Sales Engineers with pre-sales engagements, including POCs and demos
Assist in documentation, technical research, and requirement gathering for sales activities
Engage in customer-facing roles to deliver technical demonstrations of cybersecurity solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Technical Support or data recovery solutions
Strong understanding of technology, cybersecurity basics, and computer networking fundamentals
Hands-on knowledge of networking, storage systems, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
Experience with databases like MSSQL, MYSQL, and Oracle
Prior experience in customer-facing roles demonstrating technical solutions
