Job Summary
Supporting various Sales Engineering Managers and Sales Engineers in the US market, the full-time Inside Sales Engineer will focus on pre-sales engagements, including POCs and demos, while performing documentation and technical research remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Sales Engineering teams with pre-sales activities, including POCs, demos, and documentation
- Conduct technical research and gather requirements for sales engagements
- Support customer-facing roles by delivering technical demos and pilots of cybersecurity solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Support or data recovery and backup solutions, with knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Hands-on troubleshooting knowledge in networking, storage systems, hypervisors, and container solutions
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in delivering technical demos and pilots
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in PowerPoint presentations
- Relevant industry certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) are preferred
