Job Summary
As a remote Inside Sales Engineer, the candidate will receive on-the-job training while collaborating with Field and Sales Engineering teams to drive regional revenue goals by providing technical leadership, developing integrated technology solutions, and supporting pre-sales activities for mid-market and small business customers in the North East.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and direction to customers and internal staff in developing integrated technology solutions
- Assist in the analysis, design, and development of technology solutions while serving as a trusted technology advisor
- Lead technical sales calls and make presentations to customers and channel partners' technical staff
Required qualifications
- 1-5 years of sales engineering experience in a software or data center environment
- Fundamental technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with CxO level personnel to address business challenges with technology solutions
- Strong work ethic and a driven, resourceful attitude
