Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Engineer - West/MT in Los Angeles, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become an expert on IoT solutions and articulate how businesses can use them to solve industry-specific problems
• Deliver work products that contribute to closing deals, such as demonstrations and proof of concept implementations
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including hardware installation and API integration

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, or customer/product support roles
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with technical consulting, cloud software, computer networking, and business systems integration
• Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems
