Job Summary
Managing the full sales cycle in a remote environment, the full-time Inside Sales Executive will engage leads, conduct needs analysis, and deliver product demonstrations to drive revenue growth in the payments and POS sector.
Key responsibilities
- Engage inbound leads and perform targeted outbound outreach to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct virtual discovery calls to align business needs with appropriate POS and payment processing solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline health and close rates
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of inside sales experience, preferably in payments, fintech, POS, or SaaS
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle from lead to close
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong phone presence and virtual selling skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and communicate them simply
