Job Summary
Generating revenue through a consultative selling approach, the full-time Inside Sales Executive will focus on developing new business with small to medium-sized customers remotely while primarily sourcing their own sales leads and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research and pre-sales activities to identify customer needs and prepare for sales calls
- Negotiate and close sales by effectively communicating the value of WM's services
- Perform post-sale administrative tasks to ensure successful implementation of products and services
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) required
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and a CRM
- Ability to devise sales approaches and solutions
- Strong skills in influencing and negotiating sales agreements
