Job Summary

Generating revenue through a consultative selling approach, the full-time Inside Sales Executive will focus on developing new business with small to medium-sized customers remotely while primarily sourcing their own sales leads and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct research and pre-sales activities to identify customer needs and prepare for sales calls
  • Negotiate and close sales by effectively communicating the value of WM's services
  • Perform post-sale administrative tasks to ensure successful implementation of products and services
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) required
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and a CRM
  • Ability to devise sales approaches and solutions
  • Strong skills in influencing and negotiating sales agreements
