Inside Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Executes and manages business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales goals
• Serves as coach and mentor to inside sales personnel and oversees their performance and development
• Identifies and creates new sales initiatives and coordinates sales activities with cross-functional groups

Required Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years of previous inside sales management experience required
• 4 years of inside sales management experience in the battery industry preferred
• 4 years of experience in managing creative sales initiatives and training a sales force preferred
• Knowledge of wholesale distribution and batteries preferred
