Job Summary

Leading a team of Regional and Enterprise Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Inside Sales Manager will drive revenue growth, expand strategic accounts, and strengthen customer relationships while working remotely within U.S. Central Time business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve sales targets and performance goals
  • Drive execution of account-based sales strategies to maximize growth across regional and enterprise accounts
  • Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights for improving team effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • Demonstrated ability to implement account-based selling strategies at scale
  • Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce.com, is preferred
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to interpret customer needs and market trends
