Job Summary
To drive sales growth and enhance customer relationships, the Inside Sales Manager will manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized OEM accounts through proactive account management and technical sales support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with small and medium-sized OEM customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Identify new business opportunities using prospecting and digital tools, maintaining consistent outreach to prospective customers
- Prepare quotes and support customers throughout the sales cycle while collaborating with customer service teams and engineers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven success in a sales or customer-facing sales support role
- Mechanical or electrical experience
- Strong ability to build relationships and manage customer accounts remotely
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
