Job Summary
Collaborating with sales teams, the full-time Inside Sales Manager will oversee project scope development for architectural projects, generate project takeoffs, and compile quotes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Generate project takeoffs and develop comprehensive job scopes based on drawings and specifications
- Compile quotes for special vendor pricing on buy-out items and respond to client inquiries
- Prepare presentation documents for customer meetings, ensuring accuracy and completeness in bids
Required qualifications
- Technical Associates Degree in Construction or Engineering related fields
- Experience with MBS, AutoCAD, Tekla, and Blue Beam
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Building, Construction, or a related field
- Proficiency in interpreting Architectural and Structural Drawings
- Demonstrated aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving
