Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve ambitious goals through team leadership
  • Motivate account executives to build and manage pipelines, cold call, and close deals
  • Create a high-performing team, set expectations, provide coaching, and improve sales processes

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Rep and/or Account Executive, including cold calling and closing deals
  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager in sales
  • Preference for experience in high-velocity sales, SaaS, and startups
  • Comfort with various CRMs and customer engagement tools
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
