Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the commercial sales team and Product Advocates
• Set and achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing the sales team effectively
• Work closely with the demand generation team to optimize lead flow and conversion

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years experience in inside sales management or similar role
• Successful track record as a sales representative or manager
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
