Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and implement customer retention strategies
Collaborate with the service team to monitor service performance metrics and enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or Mathematics; MBA or MS preferred
8 years of experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field
Minimum of 4 years of sales and/or business experience, preferably in medical and capital equipment sales
Experience in sales and service leadership roles with a track record of driving revenue growth
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tracking tools
