Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead a high-performing inside sales team and drive successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Inside Sales team, managing hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
  • Oversee daily operations of the Inside calling function, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the Inside campaign schedule and optimize conversion strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • 5+ years of experience leading inside sales teams in a remote environment with a strong track record of performance
  • Proven ability to coach and manage teams to achieve KPI-driven outcomes
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to support campaign execution
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging CRM tools and sales performance data
