Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead a high-performing inside sales team and drive successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Inside Sales team, managing hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee daily operations of the Inside calling function, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the Inside campaign schedule and optimize conversion strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 5+ years of experience leading inside sales teams in a remote environment with a strong track record of performance
- Proven ability to coach and manage teams to achieve KPI-driven outcomes
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to support campaign execution
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging CRM tools and sales performance data
