Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales goals
- Maintain a personal sales quota through prospecting and deal closing
- Collaborate with sales leadership to execute inside sales strategies and identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS
- 1-3+ years of sales leadership or team-lead experience
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong coaching skills to motivate and develop sales talent
- Experience using CRM systems and sales performance metrics
