Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales goals
  • Maintain a personal sales quota through prospecting and deal closing
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to execute inside sales strategies and identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS
  • 1-3+ years of sales leadership or team-lead experience
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong coaching skills to motivate and develop sales talent
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales performance metrics
